Effera AS is the Data Processor and will process your personal data on behalf of your Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and national laws which relate to the processing of personal data.

What Personal Data we collect
We use Personal Data we collect to provide the Service, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, analyze how the Service are used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.

Identity data: First name, last name, HMS card nr, picture, date of birth.
Contact data: Telephone number, email address
Contact person data: First name, last name, telephone number, email address
Professional data: Discipline, default work site, organization
Location data: Current location, site entry time, site exit time, location history
Content data: Any content you post to the Service not already included in another category, including without limitation, deviations reported, tasks initiated, checklists executed, messages, comments, and other contributions on the Service, and metadata about them.
Usage data: We receive and record certain information from your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device. Including data as your IP address, the pages you visit the features you use within the Service, the date and time of your activities on the Service, your software and hardware attributes; operating system type and version, App version, device type, and device identifiers, your browser type and version, your general geographic location derived through your IP address (e.g., your city, state, or metropolitan region).
